Plant My Forest is legit?

Yes of course. We are WeForest partner, all our income and financial data are public. All forest planting activities are sent by email (if you wish to receive them) to follow the actions taken. We work with many companies which have helped to gain trust and prove our seriousness in the field of reforestation. What is WeForest?

One of the world's largest tree planting NGO. This is WeForest who plant all the forest of Plant My Forest. Plant My Forest is partner with WeForest (like Ecosia).

How trees are planted in real life?

As you can see, you plant digital trees on Plant My Forest. Each digital tree is converted into a REAL tree.

Where my forest will be planted ?

Currently, Plant My Forest is a partner with the project in Zambia where WeForest plant forest. So your forest will be planted in Zambia.


Why is my card not accepted?

Please double check your card number, zip/postal code and CVC code is written correctly. With our payment processor (Stripe) we use fraud protection services to block suspicious cards. Our payment processor (Stripe) also blocks cards from U.S. trade embargoed countries. We unfortunately cannot manually “allowlist” your card. If it doesn't work try with a different card.

I need an invoice/receipt

A receipt is sent by email with a link Stripe on every payment to your email address. The email subject is “Invoice and a souvenir of Plant My Forest”. If you need another one, please contact us.

Can I have a refund?

Sure, no problem. You have 7 days after your payment to ask a refund and you will automatically receive a refund. After 7 days, the funds to plant your forest should be sent to WeForest, and your forest will be planted. So, because we don’t want to cut your forest, we accept to refund until 7 days.
