Why is my card not accepted?
Please double check your card number, zip/postal code and CVC code is written correctly. With our payment processor (Stripe) we use fraud protection services to block suspicious cards. Our payment processor (Stripe) also blocks cards from U.S. trade embargoed countries. We unfortunately cannot manually “allowlist” your card. If it doesn't work try with a different card.
I need an invoice/receipt
A receipt is sent by email with a link Stripe on every payment to your email address. The email subject is “Invoice and a souvenir of Plant My Forest”. If you need another one, please contact us.
Can I have a refund?
Sure, no problem. You have 7 days after your payment to ask a refund and you will automatically receive a refund. After 7 days, the funds to plant your forest should be sent to WeForest, and your forest will be planted. So, because we don’t want to cut your forest, we accept to refund until 7 days.
